Frequently asked questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the App Store app, tap your profile picture, then tap Subscriptions. Select Menopause Tracker and choose Cancel Subscription. Apple manages App Store billing and cancellations.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. You can request a refund through Apple’s “Report a Problem” page or from your App Store purchase history.
Where is my menopause tracking data stored?
Menopause Tracker is designed as a privacy-first app. Your symptoms, moods, sleep logs, cycle notes, reminders, health notes, and progress entries are intended to stay on your device unless the app clearly states otherwise.
Why are reminders not working?
Check that notifications are enabled for Menopause Tracker in iOS Settings. Open Settings, tap Notifications, choose Menopause Tracker, and make sure notifications are allowed.
Why do my symptoms or charts look different than expected?
Insights depend on the information you enter in the app. If a chart looks incorrect, check that your logs, dates, symptom entries, and stage settings are accurate and up to date.
Can I request a feature?
Yes. Choose “Feature request” in the support form and describe what would make Menopause Tracker more useful, calming, personal, or easier to use.
Is this app medical advice?
No. Menopause Tracker is an informational self-tracking and reflection tool. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, hormone guidance, or a replacement for a qualified health professional. For medical questions, treatment decisions, or concerning symptoms, contact a qualified professional.
