Frequently asked questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the App Store app, tap your profile picture, then tap Subscriptions. Select Anxiety Tracker and choose Cancel Subscription. Apple manages App Store billing and cancellations.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. You can request a refund through Apple’s “Report a Problem” page or from your App Store purchase history.

Where is my anxiety data stored?

Anxiety Tracker is designed as a privacy-first app. Your anxiety logs, moods, triggers, symptoms, notes, and reflections are intended to stay on your device unless the app clearly states otherwise.

Why are reminders not working?

Check that notifications are enabled for Anxiety Tracker in iOS Settings. Open Settings, tap Notifications, choose Anxiety Tracker, and make sure notifications are allowed.

Can I request a feature?

Yes. Choose “Feature request” in the support form and describe what would make Anxiety Tracker more useful, calming, or easier to use.

Is this app a replacement for therapy or medical care?

No. Anxiety Tracker is a self-tracking and reflection tool. It is not medical advice, mental health treatment, diagnosis, therapy, crisis support, or a replacement for a qualified professional. If you feel unsafe or at risk, contact local emergency services or a trusted professional immediately.
