Privacy Policy

In short: Anxiety Tracker is designed to keep your anxiety check-ins and reflections on your device. We do not operate an account system, analytics service, advertising service, or server that receives your wellness entries.

Information you add to the app

You may choose to record anxiety levels, triggers, symptoms, moods, notes, worries, outcomes, time-impact entries, and a personal support plan. This information is stored locally in the app’s private container on your device. It is not sent to the developer.

Information we collect

We do not collect your wellness entries, advertising identifiers, location, contacts, browsing activity, or usage analytics. Anxiety Tracker does not include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.

If you contact support, your email provider sends the information you choose to include in your message, such as your email address and message contents. We use it only to respond to your query, feedback, or feature request.

Apple services

The app uses Apple system services for optional local notifications, on-device speech guidance, device authentication, haptics, and in-app subscriptions. Apple may process purchase and device-service information under Apple’s own privacy policy. The developer does not receive your payment-card information. Voice prompts are generated using voices installed on your device and are not sent to a developer-operated speech service.

Subscriptions

Subscription purchases and entitlement status are handled by Apple through StoreKit. Apple provides the app with transaction and entitlement status needed to unlock Premium features. We do not receive your full payment details.

Storage, retention, export, and deletion

Your app data remains on your device until you delete it in the app or remove the app. You can export a JSON copy from Settings. “Delete all app data” removes locally stored check-ins, worries, time-impact entries, support-plan text, onboarding choices, reminder preferences, and other app preferences. Deleting the app also removes its local container, subject to your device and backup settings.

iCloud

Anxiety Tracker does not synchronize your wellness entries through a developer-operated cloud service or an app-managed iCloud database.

Sharing and sale of data

We do not sell, rent, or share your wellness entries with advertisers, data brokers, analytics providers, or other third parties. We may disclose information you send directly to us only when required by law or necessary to protect legal rights and safety.

Children’s privacy

The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because app entries remain on the device and are not transmitted to us, we ordinarily have no access to a user’s age or entries.

Health and emergency notice

Anxiety Tracker is a reflection and grounding tool. It does not provide a medical diagnosis, treatment, emergency monitoring, or professional healthcare. If you may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when app features or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be revised, and material changes will be communicated through the app or its App Store listing where appropriate.
