How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the App Store app, tap your profile picture, then tap Subscriptions. Select RSU Tracker and choose Cancel Subscription. Apple manages App Store billing and cancellations.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. You can request a refund through Apple’s “Report a Problem” page or from your App Store purchase history.

Where is my RSU data stored?

RSU Tracker is designed as a privacy-first app. Your grants, vesting dates, share amounts, tax assumptions, estimates, preferences, reminders, OCR results, and local backup files are intended to stay on your device unless the app clearly states otherwise.

Why does the market price look different from another source?

Market prices can vary depending on data source, delay, ticker symbol, exchange, currency, and refresh timing. Please verify important values before making financial or tax decisions.

Why do my tax estimates look different from payroll?

Tax estimates depend on the assumptions you enter, including income, withholding rates, location, grant details, share price, and other personal inputs. Payroll, employer systems, and tax professionals may calculate values differently.

Why are reminders not working?

Check that notifications are enabled for RSU Tracker in iOS Settings. Open Settings, tap Notifications, choose RSU Tracker, and make sure notifications are allowed.

Can I request a feature?

Yes. Choose “Feature request” in the support form and describe what would make RSU Tracker more useful, accurate, private, or easier to use.
